Hey, The title says it all  Just do like this to get it work,
1. Download The File,
2. Extract it,
3. Dubble Click the .EXE file  1  TIME JUST ONE 
4. Then Nothing Happends, Then Shut down steam.
5. Now When Steams Down, Dubble Click The .EXE file and pick your Games  It Really Works, Ive Got
